1. How do I edit my account preferences?
   To edit your account information, profile, username, preferences, etc. click here

2. How do I change my password?
   You can change your password by visiting our change password page by clicking here.

3. Help, I lost my password!
   You can have your password sent to you by clicking here.

4. How do I remove someone from my blocked users list?
   You can view and edit your blocked members from myBlocked by clicking here.

5. It says that my account is not activated yet. What do I do?
   An authentication code was sent to you via email. If you did not receive this email or entered an invalid email address, you can change your email address by clicking here and/or have your authentication code sent again by clicking here.

6. How do I add my venue or special event?
   Please visit our executive sections by clicking here.

7. I posted my venue/event but it isn't listed, what gives?
   Venues and Events must be validated by one of our administrators, which may take up to 24 hours. If you are looking for a paid listing, please visit our advertising deparment.

8. Help, I can't get into the chat room!
   Please email our technical support department with a detailed description of the problem you are having. Please in your email, include your browser version and operating system if possible.

9. How is member rating calculated?
   Member rating is calculated by how many people have a member on their friends and blocked lists. You recieve (+1) point for being on a member's friend list and (-2) points for being on a member's blocked list.

10. How is forum rating calculated?
    Forum rating is calculated by how many people have added this member's topics to their favourites. To see the top favourite topics in your city, click here
